Charlotte Sarfowaa Akan-Duncan (SARFOWAA DUNCAN) is the CEO, Duncs Consult Ltd & Duncs Care, President of the Customer Experience Scale-Up Seminars and an IAPPD-Global Accredited Trainer & Facilitator. She holds Master’s degree in Marketing Strategy from the University of Ghana Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance & Banking) form the Garden City University College. She is an Internationally Certified and Accredited Trainer, Facilitator, and Coach with a wealth of experience in, Performance Management, Training Advisory, Continuous improvements as well as Customer Experience & Enablement and a Young Professionals and Youth Coalition (YPYC) Mentor.
