Charlotte Sarfowaa Akan-Duncan (SARFOWAA DUNCAN) is the CEO, Duncs Consult Ltd & Duncs Care, President of the Customer Experience Scale-Up Seminars and an IAPPD-Global Accredited Trainer & Facilitator. She holds Master’s degree in Marketing Strategy from the University of Ghana Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance & Banking) form the Garden City University College. She is an Internationally Certified and Accredited Trainer, Facilitator, and Coach with a wealth of experience in, Performance Management, Training Advisory, Continuous improvements as well as Customer Experience & Enablement and a Young Professionals and Youth Coalition (YPYC) Mentor. Sarfowaa was awarded Ghana’s Most Respected CEO in Business Management Consulting at the 6th Ghana Industry Awards, she was adjudged the Promising CEO of the Year 2022 (Ghana Business Awards) and Customer Service Consultant of the Year 2019-20 at the 8th Ghana Service Awards for Sterling performance in customer service consultancy.
